For this project, I conducted an in-depth analysis of a music app’s user experience and data trends. The goal was to discover what users valued most while using the app and how to enhance their interaction.

While researching the user experience of a music app, I discovered that users loved the "Wrapped" feature—an annual summary of their listening habits—but many wished they could access it more frequently. This insight sparked an idea: why not make this data available anytime?

I designed a "Listening Overview" feature that allowed users to check their top songs, genres, and total minutes listened year-round. Using clean data visualizations and intuitive navigation, I ensured this feature blended seamlessly into the app’s interface.

After testing the prototype with users, I refined the design based on their feedback, making the experience smoother and more personalized. The result? A feature that transformed a once-a-year novelty into a dynamic, always-available experience, allowing users to engage with their music journey whenever they wanted.

In addition to designing the user-facing "Listening Overview," I created screens for the data and ICT teams to manage the feature. These screens provide a clear, organized interface for tracking and analyzing user data, ensuring the seamless delivery of real-time music insights. The design focused on efficiency, giving Spotify’s internal teams the tools they need to support and maintain this dynamic feature.
