With this project we had to make a ‘Responsive Multi Device Design’. I decided to choose the smartphone and self-service kiosk.

The idea is to buy tickets in an effective and fun way in an app. The app can be personalised by you choosing your favorite songs and artists. You can  also post photos and videos of the concerts you've already been to. Scanning the tickets, is supported by a self-service kiosk which can be found at the place of the concert. This is to speed up the process when it comes to ticket scanning.
The kiosk is then also connected with your phone by giving you feedback when you click something on the kiosk, for example when you click on the correct answer in the second-verification.

The reason I came to this idea is because there's something missing in that category. There's no fun interaction like adding your favorite artists and songs. And also adding photos/videos. People go to a concert for an experience and I want that transfer that into the app by adding that. The emotional side was missing. I also came to this to speed up the process of scanning tickets.  I've noticed that's still done manually and that there's not much use of a kiosk.
